The White Funeral Home Elizabeth “Beth” Catherine Heddesheimer Glenville – Elizabeth “Beth” C. Heddesheimer, 75, of Glenville, passed away on Saturday, April 23, 2022. Born in Chatham, NY on January 15, 1947, she was the daughter of the late August Francis and Elizabeth Catherine (nee: Van Buren) Schlotterer. She was raised and educated primarily in Georgia and when her family moved to Pennsylvania, Beth graduated from Conestoga High School. She moved to the local area after high school. Beth worked for Manpower for several years until she dedicated her life to raising her family. Later, Beth worked for Sunmark Credit Union for many years as a mortgage processor until her retirement in 2012. Beth was a communicant of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Scotia. Married on June 28, 1969, Beth was predeceased by her husband, Bruce Andrew Heddesheimer. She survived by her children, Mallory Abrams of Glenville and Eric (Veronica) Heddesheimer of East Aurora, NY; her sister, Frances Kahn of Glenville; her sisters-in-law, Anna (Ron) Centola of NYC and Barbara (Bernard) Blumenthal of Cranston, RI; 4 grandchildren, Patrick Hyam, Makayla Derosa, Caleb Hed-desheimer and Riley Heddesheimer; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. A visitation will be held on Friday from 6 to 7 pm, followed by a memorial service at 7 pm at The White Funeral Home, 264 N. Ballston Ave., Scotia. Inurnment will take place in Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made in Beth’s memory to Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758517 Topeka, KS 66675.
