John Wesley Bass III , age 24 was the son of John Bass Jr. and Toshena Haynes. He was born on August 20, 1997 , John was called home to be with Allah on July 1st , 2o22 at Ellis Hospital. John graduated from Scotia Glenville High School in 2015. He was a resident of Schenectady, NY. He was employed by 48-40 solutions, He also worked for many years as a Home Health Aid. John was an excellent student , He was an avid swimmer, lifeguard and sports enthusiast. He loved to eat good food, ﬁshing, and was an inspiring artist.. John had a great sense of humor who took great pleasure in joking around with his parents. He was very fashionable and loved the finer things in life. John was a good father who was dedicated to his daughter, Cordelia. He was the adored big brother to his siblings , Jahvonte, Atea, , Icyss and Nasir. John is also survived by his mother, Toshena Haynes and father, John Bass Jr. parental great grandmother, Cora Bass, maternal grandparents, Sherelle Nuraldin (Big Momma) (Hashim) his paternal grandparents, Francina Holiday-Bass and John Bass Sr. Aunts, Kanema Haynes, Taisha Howard and Jasmine Bass. Uncles, Theodore H. Haynes, Theodore Haynes and Shamel Davis. Also mourning his passing are a host of great aunts, great uncles, additional cousins and friends. John is preceded in death by his loving grandfather Theodore Haynes and great grandmother Delores Bowman.
